PILATES MAT CLASSES
Pilates is an exercise discipline developed by Joseph Pilates designed specifically to improve core strength and stability. Some of the benefits of pilates include improved posture, increased flexibility and range of motion, and increased overall body strength. The exercises are designed to teach the participant how to maintain muscular control during contractions. Pilates Mat classes are comprised of a series of exercises in which fewer repetitions are performed at a slower rate to allow full muscle contraction.
All Pilates classes are open level classes that cater to beginning, intermediate and advanced participants. Some light weight equipment and tools may be used throughout the class.

Drop ins: $20.00/class
